Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS depending on the carrier you choose at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. For expedited shipping options, please select at checkout. We are still proudly a small company so we do our absolute best to get orders out in a timely fashion, this does get a little difficult during Halloween season so it's best to get your orders in asap so we can get them to you in time!

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@blacklagoonpopup.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
