Black Lagoon has 34 venues all across the USA and Canada in 2026. The full list of venues can be found on our instagram @BlackLagoonpopup and on our website under the LOCATIONS tab.

Reservations are made only directly through our partner venues, you can find the list of venues under the 'locations' tab, and click on their website link to find reservation details. Many of our venues do not require any reservations, large party inquiries can be made directly with your local venue. You cannot make reservations through Black Lagoon Pop-Up directly.

Programming will be up to each individual venue, but many do burlesque shows, drag shows, emo night and more! It's best to keep and eye on their social media, or click their website link in the locations tab!

Dress up only if you feel like it! Many folks dress up in costume for the occasion, especially towards Halloween night and some of our locations even do costume contests!

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS depending on the carrier you choose at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. For expedited shipping options, please select at checkout. We are still proudly a small company so we do our absolute best to get orders out in a timely fashion, this does get a little difficult during Halloween season so it's best to get your orders in asap so we can get them to you in time!

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@blacklagoonpopup.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
