social media is the best way for us to get the word out to your guests, outside of our pr team. we highly recommend having a strong social media presence on any and all platforms you can. Please make sure to tag @blacklagoonpopup and #blacklagoonpopup in all of your social posts. We do our best to share as much as possible! If you plan on creating collab posts, please make sure this is original content. For example, videos of the bar dressed up, folks enjoying cocktails, the bar, etc. We can't accept collab posts on the content we've provided as our grid would have the same content repeated.

Schedule as many of your posts in advance either via meta's business suite platform or through instagram directly prior to opening. We know you'll be busy decorating, batching and keeping up with running a bar. This way you'll have a strong foundation of posts before you even get started. Any additional content you take is then just the cherry on top!

As you post, try and engage with your audience as much as possible! Post polls, ask folks to tag their friends, and make sure to comment, tag and answer as many posts as possible to move your content up in the algorithm.
